The business is specialized in selling travel items. The business consists of two companies (Ltd’s); one with an online focus and another that focuses on classic retail. The first company is composed of a successful online store which is listed yearly in the Twinkle Top-250 (a list made by Twinkle Magazine on a yearly basis giving an overview of the largest 250 online business in the Netherlands).
The online store is driving 80% of the current revenue. The second company consists of two physical stores (‘bricks’). Both stores are profitable and located on a-locations with high foot traffic. The physical stores can be included in the sale but there is also the option to buy the online store or the physical stores separately.
The stated sales price is based on the scenario that both the online store and the two physical stores are sold at the same time. However, as mentioned above, the two business branches can also be sold separately.
The sale price is excluding a great stock. The current value of the stock will be determined between buyer and seller in the transfer process and added to the final sales price.
