The transfer includes the registered figurative trademark (BOIP), the Bol.com product pages, the Shopify Online business, existing supplier relationships, current inventory and all other resources needed to continue operations. The current owner is concentrating fully on other labels within the company and has therefore decided to divest these activities.
Sales take place via the company’s own Online business and Bol.com. To date, no targeted marketing campaigns have been deployed; all orders are generated organically.
For a new owner, opportunities lie in activating Meta and Google ads, using sponsored positions on Bol.com and broadening the assortment. These commercial efforts can increase reach and further grow revenue.
