The online business sells accessories and covers for the most popular tablet models.
Most of the turnover is generated by the Bol.com and Amazon.nl account.
The products are imported from Asia, after which they are sold under their own brand. The brand is registered with the BOIP (will also be transferred upon acquisition).
The sales price does not include the stock to be acquired with a current purchase value of approximately € 15,000. The final value of the stock is determined upon acquisition.
Note: due to the increased transport / import costs following corona measures, the net profit in 2020 was lower. Net profit in 2021 is expected to be back in line with previous years. The information document in the account explains this further.
