The brand offers four market-ready products (creams and cleansers) and seven additional formulas ready for production, including a men’s line. The takeover includes a user-friendly Online business, visual and written assets, corporate identity elements, and a stock of packaging with guaranteed shelf life. Production costs are well below current retail prices, allowing for a high gross margin per item.
The current owner has focused on product development, branding and positioning, as this is where their strength and motivation lie. For that reason, large-scale marketing has deliberately not yet been launched. The current owner will be happy to explain this personally.
