Three complementary lead and content platforms are being offered for acquisition, which support small and medium-sized businesses in software selection, digitization questions, and system links. The current owner has operated the platforms as a pilot for a year, sees continued interest from the market, and has noticed increasing activity on social channels.
The revenue model is based on a fixed annual contribution from providers who want to be visible via the platforms and receive leads. In the pilot year, this resulted in a turnover of several tens of thousands of euros with a corresponding profit of well over half that amount. In addition to the websites, active social media channels and an extensive database of relevant contacts are also included.
The transaction includes the three trade names, associated domains, complete websites, existing customers, and the accumulated database; the current B.V. remains outside the transfer. Due to a change in the parent company's course, these activities fall outside the new strategy, resulting in the sale.
