The online business for sale is an internationally oriented seller account on Amazon.com, seller's inventory also stored in the Amazon warehouse. This is also called Fulfilment by Amazon, or an FBA account.
Amazon.com offers external vendors the opportunity to sell via their platform and thus make use of their huge network (against a percentage of the revenues). The seller does not have a web store and sells only via the Amazon account (actually a store in store concept). This gives extra dependence, but also offers advantages (especially in terms of reach).
The seller offers a very limited selection of products, with a high margin.
The products have their own brand name that is registered and this will be handed over to a buyer.
