The online business sells personalized child seats. There are many personalization options such as different colors, materials and adding your own name on the chair.
The chairs come from own production, but this can also easily be outsourced, according to the owner.
Most orders come from the Netherlands, about 10% to 15% are purchased by the Belgian market. We sell to both private individuals and business customers, many customers have now become regular customers.
The asking price does not include the stock to be taken over. The final value of the stock is determined upon acquisition.
