Of the total turnover in 2022, €52,000 was received via the webshop and the rest via the physical store. The seller sees the need for a new owner with more knowledge and expertise in the digital field.
The store is located in an AA location in the city centre. A loyal customer base has now been built up and the store is appreciated by the public for its appearance and product range. The shop includes inventory (purchase value approximately 30,000): scaffolding wood interior, MPlus cash register system with CCV pin and possibility to link webshop/accounting package, ICT equipment, Mercedes Vito bus and all other items. The store's rental contract expires on March 1, but can be extended in the current building. Moving to another building is of course also possible. There are no permanent employees.
There is currently a stock value of approximately 30,000, but there are no more purchases, so this value is falling. Current contracts and subscriptions can be taken over or canceled in consultation.
