Some of the products on the webshop are of our own label, registered with the BOIP. The own label is also sold via Bol.com.
The online business ranks well on specific products. It sells to both individuals and businesses, many of whom are repeat customers.
Many administration processes are automated. The current owners have the stock under their own management and mainly supply to the Netherlands and Belgium.
The sales price does not include the stock to be taken over with a current purchase value of approximately €12,000. The final value is calculated upon acquisition.
