The online business is a fast-growing business focused on the sale of items for home and garden. The product range is wide. Think of kitchen accessories, interior items and garden supplies.
The current owner indicates that he has set up the online business with a view to automation. For the most part, buying and selling takes place automatically. We work with a fulfillment partner.
The sales market consists for the most part of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Great Britain, Spain, Italy and Poland.
40% of the turnover goes through the online business and 60% through marketplaces such as Bol.com (NL and BE), Blokker, V&D, Homedeco, VidaXL, Amazon etc.
The asking price does not include stock to be taken over. The final value of the stock is determined upon acquisition.
