In 1996, one of the first Dutch hosters was founded: Vuurwerk Internet. The domain names Vuurwerk.nl, Vuurwerk.be and Vuurwerk.com were registered and actively used by this hoster during that period. Vuurwerk Internet grew rapidly and was sold to Versatel after 3 successful years for (reportedly) 45 million guilders. Vuurwerk was integrated into the Versatel organization in the following years and the brand name 'Vuurwerk' gradually disappeared into the background and since 2004 the domain names are no longer actively used.
After a series of takeovers in the hosting world, the Vuurwerk domain names ended up in the possession of the current owner. Because the domain names are no longer important for its hosting business, they are now available for takeover. Of course, a buyer from the fireworks industry is obvious, where the almost 30 years of history have resulted in the domains having a nice authority and backlink profile, with which a new owner can immediately accelerate in the field of search engine optimization:
The keyword 'fireworks' has a high search volume (see below), which of course increases explosively (😄) in the last months of the year. This is extra attractive for the owner of the set of fireworks domains, because Google does not allow advertising on 'fireworks' via Google Ads. In other words: the owner of the website that scores best organically on the keyword 'fireworks' is also really at the top in Google (and not under a series of Google advertisements, as is now customary for many webshops). And let an Exact Match Domain form a fantastic basis for a well-ranking webshop/website!
The stated asking price is a total price for the 3 domain names in one purchase.
