For acquisition: a branded e-commerce store in the camping and outdoor niche, active in the Netherlands and Belgium. The shop was launched earlier this year and, in its first full season, achieved a turnover of several hundred thousand euros with a net margin of roughly thirty percent. The sale concerns only the Online business itself; the current holding structure falls outside the transaction.
Transfer of the complete e-commerce infrastructure
On acquisition, the Shopify store, domain, all Meta and Google advertising accounts, the customer list (more than eight thousand first-purchase customers) and all creative assets will be transferred. This includes tested video batches, scripts, detailed pixel data and purchase history. There is also a direct supplier relationship without intermediaries, built up during the first season.
