The online business sells air quality meters of its own brand. The brand has now built up a very good name recognition and strong market position.
Sales take place via the online store, a Bol.com sales account and via a large B2B distribution network. The retail network now consists of 60 stores and sales in more than 100 additional locations are currently being discussed.
Most of the turnover is made through the retail network.
There are still direct opportunities for growth: a new product line is being developed, Amazon has not yet been deployed and a lot can still be professionalized in marketing, according to the owner.
The sales price does not include the stock to be taken over. The final value of the stock is determined upon acquisition.
